All orders will be shipped and delivered between 5-10 days depending on your country. *Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped
but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
At the moment we accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Google/Apple Pay.
We are working on adding IDEAL payments in the near future.
We’ll update the customer by email about their donation once the donations have been made at the end of the month.
We want to be transparent about the fact we do not work together with the charities on our website, but we will be making the donations manually. This could change in the future ofcourse!
